TwinEU launches webinar series to showcase demo results

TwinEU is launching a new webinar series to showcase its 8 demos and their achievments over the course of the project. From May to October 2026 the series will feature eight concise, 30-minute sessions – each spotlighting one of TwinEU’s demonstrators.

Each webinar takes place over lunchtime and focuses on what really matters: concrete results, lessons learned, and practical outcomes from the field. Demo leaders will share firsthand insights into what has been tested, what works, and what comes next – followed by a short live Q&A.

The series reflects the ambition of TwinEU’s demo areas across Europe, developing digital twins to enhance the security of supply all over the European power system. The topics will cover a wide range of digital twin solutions from scenario building and advanced forecasting, virtual line rating sensors, cross-border market optimization to TSO-DSO coordination and flexibility facilitation, substation design validation and cyber-threat detection.

Rather than high-level concepts, these sessions will highlight tangible progress and replicable solutions emerging from the project’s demonstrations – offering valuable takeaways for DSOs, TSOs, policymakers, technology providers, and researchers alike.

Whether you join one session or follow the full series, this is a chance to stay close to the cutting edge of Europe’s energy transition – in just 30 minutes at a time.

You can already register for the first 2 session coming in May:
